Dylan Carlson is an American musician who has led the band Earth since its formation in 1989. The project has amassed decades of wall-of-sound drone metal, marked by numerous lineup changes and a sick catalog of releases. Last year, the band signed to Fire Records, released a live album, and toured in celebration of the anniversary of their 2005 album Hex; Or Printing in the Infernal Method. This week saw the release of a cool new project: producer Black Noi$e reworking a 1991 Earth EP, so be sure to check out Earth x Black Noi$e – Geometry of Murder: Extra Capsular Extraction Inversions.
