Welcoming New Zealand’s Kane Strang to Our Roster

Kane Strang is the newest member of the Ground Control Touring family and joins comrades from New Zealand on our touring roster such as The Clean and Yumi Zouma. His psych, no-kilter pop evokes the elemental sound of ’80s era Flying Nun artists, the familiar strangeness of Syd Barrett and a loose aesthetic. Kane’s inventive songwriting displays his absolute knack for mining melodies out of unexpected places.

Kane released his first full length album, Blue Cheese, on Ba Da Bing Records in February 2016 and will be touring extensively throughout the year in support of the new record. Keep your eye on his artist page for future dates!
