Ground Control Touring is looking for part-time bookkeeping assistance!

Duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:

Assisting GM with all bookkeeping responsibilities in QuickBooks according to GAAP standards (1-2x days per week, approximately 8-10 flexible hours) including:
· Client escrow tracking, A/R + A/P processing, payroll entry, employee / operational credit card expense entry, inter-company true-ups.
· Monthly reconciliations and reporting.
· Ad hoc status reporting and analytics.

Applicants should possess the following skills/experience:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Prior office/administrative experience preferred
· Music industry experience is preferred, ideally in a booking or live entertainment setting
· Strong (Mac) computer and Internet skills

The ideal candidate for these roles is someone who is professional and personable, able to multitask effectively (while prioritizing time-sensitive projects), attentive to details both large and small, and has a familiarity with our roster.
