Japanese Post-Rock Outfit MONO Has Joined Our Artist Roster

We’re proud to welcome the addition of Japanese Post-Rockers, MONO, to our roster of touring artists.

MONO formed in 1999 in the heart of Tokyo, Japan. Their blend of shoegazing, orchestral elements, and pristine musicianship has led them to the release of nine albums, film scores, and many world tours, thus becoming one of Japan’s most internationally successful and acclaimed bands. Notably MONO performed a string of transcendent shows with a 23-piece orchestra in New York, Tokyo, London and Melbourne. MONO exists beyond traditional conventions of rock music and has been anointed by NME as “music for the Gods.”

MONO most recently released the Steve Albini-produced Requiem For Hell on October 17th via Temporary Residence and we’re looking forward to announcing North American performances in the near future. Stay tuned to MONO’s artist page for news and forthcoming live dates.
