Meet Surf Curse, Ground Control Touring’s Newest Roster Addition

Ground Control Touring is excited to announce the addition of Surf Curse to our artist roster!

The Reno, NV duo – comprised of singer/drummer Nick Rattigan and singer/guitarist Jacob Rubeck – have been releasing music since Feb. 2013. They have been praised for their most recent full length, “Nothing Yet”, out on Danger Collective Records. Their fanbase has grown organically, gaining support through their live performances including sold out shows at Glass House in Pomona, El Rey Theater in Los Angeles and an oversold show at SFSU’s The Depot . Publications have since taken notice of the band as has Coachella Valley Music Festival, which is featuring Surf Curse on this year’s lineup. At Coachella, they will be sharing the stage with other young GCT artists including Shannon and the Clams and Downtown Boys. Surf Curse will be touring throughout the year in support of the new record.
