Welcoming Our Newest Agent Alisa Preisler!

With great excitement, we are pleased to announce that Alisa Preisler has joined the Ground Control Touring team as our newest agent. Alisa will be based out of our main office in Brooklyn and brings with her a client list of both acclaimed and rising indie artists including Shannon and the Clams, The Coathangers, Prince Rama, and Hunx and His Punx.

Alisa’s interest in music business sparked at a very early age, after spending her eighth grade Career Shadow Day at Alternative Press magazine. After graduating high school, she moved on to study at Drexel University majoring in Music Industry and completing a number of internships at record labels, management companies, and music PR companies. Upon graduating, Alisa moved to New York and gained her start in the music industry as the receptionist at The Agency Group. During the following eight years, she was promoted from receptionist to Agent Assistant and then promoted again to Associate Agent.

In joining the GCT team, Alisa will build on her outstanding client base and further develop the careers of her current artists. We are delighted to be working with Alisa and warmly welcome her artists to our family of bands.
